Birla Group and Larsen & Toubro and heading their export-import businesses, customs clearances, foreign trade finance and global supply chain.
This has helped in designing the certification courses for Exim Guild from the current industry regulations and practices with easy-to-learn processes supporting the students with practical knowledge and skills. Exim Guild also offers the flexibility to attend classes from any locations of India or abroad or through online classes.

The programs offered by Exim Guild are designed and offered keeping in view the growth and demand from the industry. Currently the share of India in the global trade is just around 1.7% which the government of India would like to double by its various initiatives and incentives to the industry. The programs cover selecting products, overseas marketing methods, documentation, finance, insurance, shipping as well as importing goods from other countries. The practical, in-depth and hands-on training during the program helps to develop the skill sets required to meet the shortage of well-trained man power in India. This helps to create a natural demand for people trained at Exim Guild and we provide placement assistance to our students. In addition to this, we also provide recommendation letter to our students on request, on payment of a small fee. This letter shall provide them the documents with their attendance and grades to establish credibility during their job interviews.
We have created a standard cost and course content across India. This helps you to register for a course and attend classes in any location where Exim Guild is present for part or for the full course. We also provide scholarship for the needy students and women candidates who want to make a comeback in their careers. Please speak to our student counsellor for further details.
Once a student enrolls and pays the full course fees, a part of the revenue is contributed to certain NGOs for development work in sanitation, rural development and old age homes etc. Some of these are shared on the website for reference of the students
You can apply directly from ‘Our Certification’ and selection the course of your choice from your computer, phone or tablets. You can also apply by E-mail or WhatsApp confirming your participation.
The programs are held at various locations in key cities and towns across India and abroad. Please confirm your location choice (which are spread across India) with the program coordinator from Exim Guild. You may choose to attend modules (six full day classes) from any city of your choice. The venue is selected after careful consideration of Exim Guild team to ensure central location for easy access of student and faculty, hygiene conditions and safety feature of the building.

The programs are designed by the senior leadership team of Exim Guild. These are revised from time to time to keep it updated with the changing regulations and practices. The program allows the participants of the class room sessions to have real-time, discussion-based sessions with faculty members. Students are requested not to ask faculty for their mobile numbers/email details or share their own details. All queries should be directed to the helpline outside the class room.
Yes. We do organize visits to key sea ports, conferences, seminars and foreign trade fair. There is a nominal fee to be paid to cover the expenses of the institute. The objective of these visits is to provide you a head start in your business and support you to network with your key stakeholders across various bodies.
No. The charges indicated in the ‘Buy Now’ button is all inclusive including any applicable taxes.
The programs are in English language and the native language of the city for the easy understanding of the student. The ‘Only English’ classes are available in Kolkata and Bangalore and on our ‘Online module’.
You will have access to the materials in every prior module as you progress through the rest of the program. Access to program materials in the online platform ends 60 days after the final deadline in the program.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate from Exim Guild with emblems of key Government of India organizations where Exim Guild is registered. On request and on payment of a small fee recommendation letters can be issued to students whose credentials of skills and attendance during the program is attested by us. This will help them during their job interviews or acknowledgement from Chambers of Commerce.

Yes. It’s possible to split the payment in EMIs as per availability of your Bank’s debit or Credit cards. Generally, it spreads out from 3months to 24 months period. Details are available at the payment gateway check out.
A third party can pay on your behalf for the Classroom and the Workshop modules. It cannot be paid for the ‘Online” class rooms as the certificate of achievement is awarded to the person who enlist for the course and makes the payment.
Post the payment, please write a note to info@eximguild.com with the remittance details including date, amount, program name along with the preferred city and date, and the name of the candidate.
Yes. The classes are going to be held on Saturdays and Sundays and students are expected to dress in comfortable informal attire. However, no shorts, torn jeans or sports attire allowed during the class
Pedagogical tools are matched to the needs of individual programmes and emphasize active participation rather than passive assimilation. The practical method used in the field is a major tool for learning which is shared in the classrooms. It is supplemented by group exercises, role plays, lecture and discussions
The class size varies between 15 to 20 participants. In some exceptional cases the size could be smaller or slightly bigger.
A typical programme day starts at 10.30 hrs and goes on till 17.30 hrs. Class timing may change by an hour if there is an outstation visiting faculty. About 1.30hrs every day is kept aside for hands-on training for the students. There will be breaks for tea and lunch which the students can use for discussions and catch up with their phones and emails.
Organizational sponsorship is encouraged, but a formal offer letter needs to be sent by the participants subject to approval by programme admission manager.
You have the option to change the program schedule to next available date and city of your choice, free of any cost.

If you can't attend the program from other location or date, we shall return your fees in case of cancellation made up to 7 working days prior to the start date of the event. A 10% processing charge will be levied on the net amount before refunding. No refunds can be made for cancellations done less than 7 working days prior to the event start date. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event. All refund will be made manually through cheques/ DD/Banker’s Cheques and transaction costs (if any) will be borne by the payer. There will be no electronic reversal/refund of payments. For foreign students, fees paid by international cards will be refunded through the banking channels.

All request for cancellation needs to be in writing from your registered email id providing your name, roll number, and banking details.
